




Karen posted here yesterday (quickly deleted when they didn't receive the positive support they felt entitled to).
Essentially, their plants were still in shipping (for 2-3 days) and, without even attempting to contact company, blasts multiple fake bad reviews on their Google business profile in an attempt to hurt their business. All because they were concerned that there could be some negative effect on the plants, but plants were still in transit.
This type of thing should be unacceptable. Only posting because of the additional 2 fake reviews this person left for the nursery (in addition to the 2 original reviews they left hours earlier) over a single imagined problem. This company seems to run a great business and I'm sure they would have been happy to sort out any issues or refund, if the plants were negatively affected.
People like this are a business owners worst nightmare, let's try to be better than this user.
Post not hard to find for those that are interested.

Let me go buy something from OLN because I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with them. Their plants are good prices, good quality and packaged well!
This person is the type to seek out something to complain about straight from thin air. Who reviews beforehand?? Crazy
What a tw*t waffle.
All the plants I’ve had shipped to me, usually leave the business within 2-3 days of my order.
If I’m concerned at all about possible bad weather, I pay for a heat pack.
Or in case of ordering from Walmart, Costa Farms put heat packs in my orders & the weather wasn’t particularly cold at the time.
Did she think it was freaking UberEats & she’d get her plants that day? 🙃🫠🙄
What an idiot. They’re a small business and only ship once or twice a week. I ordered from them in the dead of winter, my plants got delayed at a USPS facility for over a week and after 9 days they arrived perfectly healthy minus a little bit of cold stress. Never had a bad experience with them.
I feel bad for small business owners who have to deal with this entitled bullshit.

Whining about shipping not being fast enough while using a discount coupon. Should have used that money you saved to pay for expedited shipping if you were worried about it. I would have canceled her order too.
That’s insane considering orange lake nursery is amazing! I’ve ordered from them many times and even during the tornado that hit their business they still shipped my plants!
Yikesss. I mean sure shipping on a friday would annoy me too, but the person saying they should have waited for the plants is spot on. OLN packs plants great (i mean they ship rehab tc plantlets! The most delicate plants of them all!) and I’ve never heard anything bad about them.
Also looks like they got a full refund and im betting they’re also gonna get the plants since they shipped already.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I have stopped ordering from anywhere else besides orange lake because of the great care and plants I get from them. It clearly lists their lead time at the top of their website on everything g single page in a bright red banner.
The only plant I had from them that died was my own fault. Staghorn fern and I burnt it with the wrong fertilizer.
Amazing plants and amazing people. Frank and Stacey love what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. Or at least anyone that understands how shipping works.
Eta wrong fertilizer isn’t correct. I used too much fertilizer and burnt the roots.
And this is why I don’t offer shipping in my plant shop. I refuse to deal with people like this.
I visited OLN in Florida last month – bought my plants directly from the source. They are so kind and nice – my plants are thriving. Please support them.
I thought plant people were supposed to be chill nurturing people.
That’s so unhinged and downright mean.
The most those plants could have been delayed is two days. What kind of damage does this asshat think is going to happen to a plant in the dark for a few days? Not even waiting to see them and then going full scorched earth is seriously unhinged.
Report those reviews as spam and then leave your own (if you actually have purchased from them!) they truly are one of the best in the biz

I had two bare root black cherry trees stuck in USPS hell for like two weeks and they were okay lol. I think she’ll be fine.
There is absolutely no harm in an albo monstera shipping on a Friday. I have done it many times, especially since priority takes 3-5 days, just because they don’t deliver doesn’t mean planes aren’t flying, trucks aren’t driving. It’s 24×7. This is honestly the problem with people who spend more than they should, they expect the moon and stars in exchange, it’s the same way with people who buy any luxury service they can barely afford, they treat photographers like shit and demand photos the next day, they expect delivery people to jump through insane hoops and don’t even tip. If she could afford that albo no problem she wouldn’t be freaking the fuck out right now.
I just got my first “mystery rehab box” from them, and the rehabs were packed so well and in pretty good shape! I placed a second order for non-rehab plants and I can’t wait to see their quality. I’m sure it will be amazing based on how nice the rehabs are.

That’s insane! I have ordered from them sooo.many times! My best plants started out as babies from OLN! Definitely recommend.
Just because the post office is closed on Sunday, doesn’t mean your package is not moving through the network. Usually there is no difference shipping on a Friday and receiving it on Monday and shipping on a Monday and receiving on a Thursday.
I have ordered from orange lake nursery multiple times and have always had a positive experience. Contrary to her review, customer service at this company is really solid– If I’ve ever had an issue with my order after i’ve recieved it, they’ve always been quick to respond and fix the issue accordingly. They are also quick to respond to any questions I had about shipping or weather pre-ordering, and accomadating to a request I had to delay shipping until after a certain date due to cold-than-normal weather.
I was on a plant ban but here I go placing an order just to spite Karen

I love OLN. I’ve had a couple meh experiences, but those were with TCs and I know the risks. I have several big, beautiful plants from them and tons of smaller ones. It’s one of the few online nurseries I buy from anymore. Love them.
Holy shit, people CANNOT read. It literally says on their website it takes 3-5 days to process FOR shipping.
I’ve ordered from them before and having nothing but great things to say. I ordered back in September, before they got hit with the hurricane. My plants got stuck in Tampa for like.. 5-6 days while the city was flooded. My plants showed up still in pristine condition and are thriving (minus my monstera mint but that isn’t their fault – it put out all white leaves then promptly died, lol).
Seriously, fuck this lady.
