In this video I talk about my plans for building out and rebooting my self-sufficient homestead – not only the house but also the permaculture forest garden around it. I also cook a dinner with wild food from the area.

  1. Lige den video jeg havde brug for. Det er nogle super interessante projekter. Jeg glæder mig til at følge med.

  2. Spørgsmål: hvad er det du putter ind i din hvide kaffetragt (ikke kaffe😂) ?❤

  3. Lovely video with the sunshine and birdsong. I've never thought of ground elder as a herb, only as a weed. It grows rampant here and tends to take over.

  4. Your cooking reminds me of my grandfather, married long enough to produce my father and his brother, then a hermit the rest of his life, living in quarters the size of yours. I guess he was happy, lived to be 91. Usually for every bite, he gave the dog a bite. Dogs don't complain or make demands–Haha.

  5. Kindness your way..
Spring showing its self in such inspiring ways.. Bird and plant life inspiring for the viewer..
Nice to see boundary fences being placed to make for a more permanent garden and food production area..
From a chefs perspective I am truly excited for you with regard to a longer food storage pantry and what that in tails, and the system's you put into place.. Some of the food you are making is so similar but fascinatingly different.. Such a delight to see..
I have just purchase 2 all american pressure canners, as this method was not taught in catering collage to me..Totally alien but affective.. Tremendous to see your hard work cumming together in many visible ways..

  6. Just to ensure that you are around to finish up all the big projects of 2025 maybe cut back on the butter a little bit 😊 exciting to see how the homestead is coming together

  7. What a fantastic homestead and video to showcase it, I love the vintage coffee grinder you use Anders, I bought 2 of them from an antique shop in Hilerod a few years ago while visiting my son, it certainly makes the process of making a ground coffee first thing in the morning even more inviting, great work again

  8. That fence accident could’ve really hurt your dog. I hope he’s okay. 😞 Prob should put some kind of warning ribbon on it until he gets used to it. 😬

  9. Hey my beautiful friend ❤️. What a great interesting watch. I really envy you living this lifestyle 🙏. It's also a beautiful property you've got there. I wish you the best of luck and prosperity 🙏👍💖. See you soon in your next video ❤️. Take care ❤️. Love and hugs 🤗❤️😘

  10. Everything seems to be idyllic. At the same time the way of living can be tough in a forest. But it is also true that this way of living is much closer to that one which was created by God for us.
Would be great to have the chance to visit you!
And I really hope that your dog also enjoyed some of that delicious food that you cooked.

  11. Ngl if I had to cook on an open range I'd be cooking soup every night.
You got way more patience than me for that kinda thing.

  12. I'll post again since the last one is nowhere to be found
Beautiful weather, beautiful nature and most of all, beautiful people😘

  13. Det bliver spændende at følge alle projekterne, jeg er mest spændt på dit terasse-drivhus-fadeburs-kølerum 🙂
