Imagine that you are a potential home buyer, and you come to view the home only to be greeted by a crazy overgrown yard. What would you do in that instant? Well I found a home for sale that had just that. To make it worse, they had a showing lined up the following day with no intention of getting the yard cleaned up prior to showing. I offered to clean up their entire property for free, and both the agent and the owner were super thankful. I hope that our cleaning efforts pushed the sale of the home, and enabled the new homeowner to continue with the maintenance of the yard.

I really appreciate the way you remove the grass clippings. Other companhies let them just stay on the lawn. I really think it looks worse than if they didn't even cut it!!
