aw man the lady banks rose only grows in zones 6-11. im zone 4 so it wouldnt survive here. thats unfortunate for me
Just realized where I know the birthday girl from. I knew she looked familiar.
🎉HAPPY BIRTHDAY Zoey!!! ❤ I have an animal science degree so every vacation includes a zoo, aquarium and gardens to visit! 😊
Happy Birthday Zoey! What a great outing… beautiful gardens! Now I am hunting a rose to order… thank you for bringing us along! Blessings on you and your beautiful family Kiddo! 🌿💚🙏💕👵
Mama, you made the perfect choice homeschooling!!!
Enjoy your weekend! 🤟❤️
I googled the banksia rose. It grows in 9b. I was just staring out the window, visualizing it in one of the corners of the yard. Instead of smelling the backyard auto mechanics shop next door, I will be smelling roses. Perfect
the yellow is wild azalea or that's what we call it in western NC
Dang! Lady Banks Rose is outside my hardiness zone. I read it’s zone 6-11? Best in zones 8or 9.
That was a wonderful trip you went on. The gardens were wonderful to look at. That ape was huge. Thank you for sharing this video. Hearts and Flowers coming your way. ❤️💐
So precious to hear a child say "you gotta get this tree" ❤
Riverbanks Zoo is awesome! The Lady Banks rose is a very old plant and in so many historical gardens in the South!
eu preciso desta planta Jardim botânico 🆗
I really enjoed visiting Columbia some years back. Does anyone know what the nsme of the place is where its a river and huge boulders out in it as it goes thru town?
The yellow flowering bush you asked about looks like a Flame Azalea. The do resemble huge honeysuckle blooms. That Lady Banks was gorgeous!!!
Happy Birthday to you, Zoey! 💜🥳🎂🥳💜
What a lovely vlog!!! Thanks for sharing!
What a ROSE! 🌹
Ahh my Mom had those growing up they do grow quickly and they are wild and beautiful. Jess you would love them. My mom's was yellow. We are from West Texas we're it is very dry but it still did really well
Central California here, zone 9b. I have grown Lady Banks, both the buttery yellow and the white. They use them alongside the freeways as mass plantings. Blooming right now, it’s gorgeous! They’re hearty and yes, very fast growing. Jess, if you haven’t looked into Luther Burbank, he developed many many plant varieties back in the day in Northern CA. You would appreciate his work. Blessings to you all! ❤
What kind of goats are they
Giant rose in my cart! Lol I chose yellow.
I so love their enthusiasm ❤️
Happy Birthday Zoe.
Good boys. ''Mama's always right. Yea
Banks rose grow very well in northern California. They use them along freeways and highways a lot. They are drought resistant and resilient in spite of harsh pruning annually. We have this one next to our gazebo, free standing; it gets pruned back when done blooming. It has been here 3 years. We love ours, especially when it is in bloom. Pic taken today.
Hey Jess ❤ do you winter your baby seedlings 🌱 everyday?
My h7bby calls me desert 🏜 lady. Lol I prolly need to water more 😂 yes I want those rose bushes hedges!!! Yay ❤ new dream at the new property to beautify.
