Recently repotted this friend as it outgrew the old one, I'm sure it did experience some shock. Some of the leaves are getting these burn spots, others have white spots that seem like the thrips I've seen pointed out in other posts. Is my ficus too far gone? Can I save this guy? He is my first plant and I love him.

I should mention otherwise he’s been sprouting leaves like crazy, so not sure exactly what’s going on.
I’m not seeing thrips, but those burn marks are weird. Is there a chance something got sprayed on those leaves and then burned in by the sun?
