I've had this lovely lemon lime maranta for about a month now. I could use some advice on the following:
Repotting (?): My lemon lime is growing quite quickly with several new leaves and some flowering stalks over the last few weeks. I've also noticed some roots peeking out of the bottom of the pot; I've read a few posts here that say the roots can pop out the bottom whilst the middle of the pot remains somewhat empty of roots, though. Can anyone clarify if or when I should repot? We're just entering spring/summer time here in the UK and the weather is quite warm so I assume it would be best to repot sooner rather than later if it can be done without stressing out the plant.
Leaf Care: I wipe down the leaves every few days to clear them of dust, but can't seem to get rid of what look like water stains on some of the more velvety leaves. The spots were there when I bought it and haven't gone away. I use boiled tap water that's been set out overnight and cooled to RT to both spray and water my calatheas and they both seem fine.
TIA for advice.

It’s a Red Maranta, not a lemon lime. I repot whenever the roots come out the bottom. I think it looks pretty good so I would continue doing what you’re doing. When I repot calatheas and marantas, I add vermiculite to the soil.
I’m pretty sure if you aim your phone at the QR code you’ll get to the care advice!
