My plant has this mutant as thing growing out of the middle and its started to grow little white flowers. I low-key thought my plant next to it had formed like some hybrid with it but I have no clue what I'm on about.

Wow a variegated baby spiderette. Unusual for a solid or Shamrock spider plant to put a variegated baby.

Just a shoot with another plant. You could propagate that! Super cool variegation

    That’s your plants babies

Spider plants reproduce by growing this stem and a new plant at the end of that stem, you can remove it and plant, leave it, or remove it completely

Strawberries reproduce similarly with ‘runners.’ Just let it sit on the soil for some roots and then tou can cut it or let it root some more then cut it

  5. That would be the next generation. Congratulations. You’re a plant grandparent.

I love those little guys you could use the shot glass to put it in and it will root so you can plant it

My spider plants do this regularly and it’s the #1 reason why I am overrun with plants. I had to start putting the babies into pots with other spider plants instead of their own
