It’s looked like this for months, there are finally some new leaves growing but I’m afraid the conditions aren’t right. I’ve moved it from an outdoor sunny window, to a well shaded area indoors, and now it’s in a partially shady area indoors, and I’ve not seen any improvement. I’ve also changed the soil into a more well draining soil in the past month, still no change. I water it once the top layer of soil is dry, so maybe once a week. The fertilizer is new, hence the new growth. The leaves are consistently drooping down, and has gradually grown some dark spots.

That doesn’t appear to be any sort of bleeding heart, dear. Their leaves are almost like a thick lace.
