So about a month ago I posted to this subreddit asking for help with my jade plant which had begun to rot at the stem, so I had cut it and let it form a callus before replanting and now about a few weeks after doing so, roots have started to grow out of multiple different parts of my jade plant above the soil. What does this mean? Will I have to cut these parts and replant them separately since they are growing roots? There has been no growth of the leaves since replanting, just the roots, so is it possible for me to leave it alone and the plant will be fine? What's the best course of action here?

If I’m not mistaken, this is how jade propagates itself. I’m not 100% though.
It’s fine to leave these, it’s just looking for water since all the previous roots died. These roots will slowly shrivel up and fall off over time. While there are new roots growing at the base there is nothing to worry about, although you can cut these branches to easily propagate.
Yes, those are air roots. They are a good sign, they mean the plant has survived some trauma, but is now feeling healthy. You can use them to propagate, but you don’t have to.
Plants focus on repairing roots first, before growing anything above ground. New growth will come. You’re doing it right.
