The plants on the growing shelf look weak and leggy. For healthy indoor seed starting I'm am going to say you NEED to know roughly what PPFD and DLI you are providing to your seedlings. Lighting solutions that come with pre measured PPFD charts have become shockingly affordable as of late. Also, starting seedlings in a cheap greenhouse outdoors with a basic temperature monitoring solution and the sun can be a really great and affordable option too.
Now you're talking! Stainless steel trays are the future. I found some super expensive ones at Garrett Wade but I'll be looking into more restaurant trays in the future.
I have had an issue with soil blocking. I am new to it this year and have had litle germination with the process. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Could I be packing the dirt in to tight when building the blocks and cause my issues? I have sifted my peat, and potting mix through 1/4" hardware cloth to get a finer seeding mixture. I bottom water after seeding. The soil mixture looks like all the other videos I have watched as far as premoistening the soil prior to building. Just questioning myself, the process, or seeds viability. Actually the only two things I have had success with is Asparghus and marigolds. Any advice will be welcome. I have started some using the seed snail method and looking forward to seeing if this brings better success.
zone 7b here and we are trying to setup a grow rack for are seeds. building a 12'x12' sprout house for are seed rack also to grow seedlings till there big enough to be planted. was wondering about the lights and air movement in the room.

Can I put my starter seeds outside? I live in Florida. It's still 40-50 at night and 70s- 80s during the day
