Yes this is very good and an excellent level of detail. More than I’ve ever done for clients, I usually leave my notes to one problem area at a time (the most severe at a time), but doing it all at once for an initial assessment is a good idea too.
my one big critique is saying you recommend treating the annual bg with herbicides…
– Call it poa annua. Calling it annual bg makes people think it’s annual… Which it isn’t always.
– what herbicide? There’s nothing post emergent that will control poa annua in a mixed cool season lawn.
