  1. Oh Freya poor thing just wants a friend. I do like the gravel you pick stunning. Way to go Brent and Robbie it's looking good. The cat does seem sweet. 😊

  2. Oh Robbie, thank you for looking after the beautiful kitty. Love the new name. He is not feral though. Feral cats are wild. I have a feral kitty. You would not be able to pick up a feral cat. You can`t even look a feral cat in the eye. I was so glad to here that you are going to get the kitty fixed. There are so many unwanted animals in this world. Please make him or her your own. Freya and the kitty will come around. The kitty looks very young and it`s all new to them. God bless and have fun. Cats are amazing little creatures. I have three and a great Pyrenees and they all get along. ( for the most part) lol And oh yes you gardens and yard look amazing.

  3. I love "Hank"… It's also my Dad's name πŸ™‚ – Hey, what if you sprayed the gravel with the Glue/Binder stuff they sell so it doesn't move and it also makes it the Dark/Wet Color I believe. Still watching the video so you may have thought of this by the end. Thanks for letting me Visit your Garden! So happy!

  4. I can’t wait to see what it looks like once the gravel get a good rain. It’s gonna shine!❀

  5. I really enjoy the fact you tell us how much everything costs. I am in love that the cat distribution system is working β€πŸ˜‚

  6. Freya will have a new friend soon, lol. Tank is a youg cat and probably will acclimate with her. Wow, Robbie, what a transformation is absolutely georgious! How cool you and Brent are not being cat people, and this one comes into your lives, so sweet. Everything happens for a reason ❀

  7. That cat is a cutie! We never had a single cat ever until we moved into our home years ago with a large backyard. Every cat we have ever had was born in our backyard! We have had 5 that lived with us for many years and my grown daughter took 4 to live with her. All were strays and they have all lived to a ripe old age. I love the progress on your backyard. It is turning out beautiful!….😊

  8. Just found your channel, love your garden and design! If you're in zone 9a you should be able to leave your dahlias in the ground over winter, they're hardy 8-10 I do believe. I'm so incredibly jealous ha ha ha I'm in zone 7a and have to pull all mine. 😊

  9. Oh, at first, I said what the heck are they doing with the new back garden design! I now have to eat my words! It looks soooo good. Please, please feed and nurture this very cute cat. One very shy, young ginger cat, which arrived in my garden — it took me 6 months to become as trusting/tame as "Hank" is now. Hence, appreciate your luck. Thanks for sharing. xx

  10. I love the name Hank! We just took in a stray and named him Steve to add to the other three strays we have taken in over the years. Indoor only cats now. Get him neutered right away. He’ll be a much calmer kitty for you. Love your channel! Never miss an episode. Animal lovers like you and Brett are the best kind of people!❀

  11. Hi Robbie and Brent, your yard is looking so beautiful. Alot of work but it shows. Love it. Love your videos 😊

  12. I'm really enjoying all the videos you are putting out! I live in the UK and have a cottage style garden, which pretty much is chuck the plants in however and see what happens! I still don't understand why you don't have more people subscribed! You are one of my fav youtube garden channels!

  13. I just found your channel, your backyard is breathtaking, I’m in Connecticut and Dahlias are also my favorite, I will be watching all your vlogs now ❀

  14. Hi Robbie! I'm glad you and Brent are trying to stop with manual labor around 5:00pm so you can have a peaceful, quiet evening together. Perfect thinking! It's so sweet of you guys to take care of "Hank". He is a pretty cat, and since he's so sweet, it's easier to love him. He does need to get used to Freya because she is the queen! I love how you and Brent work so good together. The top layer of new gravel looks so pretty! It's like icing on a cake. Loved your "gravel dance"! Freya is so precious sitting there waiting for some attention. I love how she sat just outside where you were working so she could get loves when you got to her. The magnolia blooms are stunning! The dahlias are going to be so pretty. I'm looking forward to seeing them all in bloom. Thank you so much for sharing!

  15. You should be so proud of what you both have done in such a short amount of time. Your garden looks amazing! And you haven’t even fully planted it out yet. Will you leave the tubers in the ground? I have the last three years and they have come up stronger every year. (I’m also in Zone 9b, west coast). Second question: Do you know if Bootstrap will be doing smaller versions for their pot sizes to buy. Every time I look to buy something I have to buy 96 pots, etc. I bought one of their kits and am loving their products. Do they have any retail shop locations I can just buy 20, 3” pots for example?

  16. How will you manage the dog poop and pee with the gravel? I want to add some gravel to my yard but afraid of the smell.

  17. Robbie, White tennis shoes to spread gravel – seriously? Well, you’re excited and I guess you can wash them. It’s only gardening. And, you don’t have a rooster but now you have a cat. It will all work out. πŸ˜‚
    P.S. The gravel is pretty.

  18. I love your whole look Robbie and Brent! I couldn't envision it; I am in Virginia (zone 7b) and love the grass look. But you're in Cali and I can see what you said about having to water grass, I never have to do that. I know your jelly of that, but I am of your long growing seasons. LOVE Kitty, and I take care of any that come here (3+ now), and I will get them spay/neuter as soon as I can. Plus, two indoor pets (cat and dog). Two recently passed away (cat and dog). Still mourning.
Thank You for lifting my spirits! Freya is so funny, i have a dog just like this! LoL
