I think that’s the monstera deliciousa, not sure if the colour makes it more specific tho. In South Africa a small plant costs about R250-350.

If it cost $200 a year ago at roughly half the size you might be looking at $300. Especially if you pot it up into the next size pot. There’s sort of a weird middle ground with costing plants where it’s size doesn’t increase value too much until it REALLY does
