Growing cucumbers from seed is surprisingly easy, and also super quick! They’re one of the most useful garden plants to grow, and you can even grow them in pots. Here is how we grow cucumbers in our garden and a few tips along the way.

I do all of this and will get to the point where I have a lot of flowers and healthy, small (1") cucumbers growing, but then they seem to take a turn for the worse as they grow and end up bulbous and yellow – do you have thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?
Nice job pretty cuteš
Why not direct sow?
Been gardening for decades. I find direct sowing preferable.
Thank you.
Men rhis gave me flashbacks to a very rainy summer.
Flies, bumblebees everywhere, yet I had to pollinate with a brush. Guess what? They were all male or all female.
Cucumbers, courgettes, and butternut squash all the same drama.
It was raining so much, mushrooms grew between my cucumbers
Last year was my first year gardening, I started a bit late in the year. The vine boring bugs found my plant after I had gotten a few cucumbers from it. They completely destroyed my plant. I tried my best to spray the plant and I even tried to do surgery, but nothing helped.
