I’m not an expert but I have two peace lilies. I’ve noticed that the one that gets better light has fuller growth and larger leaves. But not toooo much light either.
Also it may be a bit crowded and you can probably split it. That’ll give more space for sun to hit more leaves.

Fertilize, more light and more water are how you make a plant mature. Cutting off leaves would just leave the plant with less area to photosynthesize

To my knowledge it doesn’t size up from pruning; the growth habit is like a clump of grass, not a tree with trunk and branches that would benefit from pruning. It’s healthy growth.
I’d suggest more consistent bright light near a window and consistent application of fertiliser. Also suggest to keep the leaves dust free – I’m guilty of that, too, no judgement. But it helps maximise the light the leaves receive – it’s the equivalent of giving your pet a scratch, keep it happy.
Lastly, don’t expect it to turn into a Spathiphyllum Sensation with massive leaves, that’s a different cultivar. That’s not what you have. Your cutie won’t ever look like one. Personally, I prefer the one you have to a Sensation. Mine is even smaller, a dwarf variety. Not everything needs to be super sized.
