Hello!!! When we bought our home the people who lived here before left us with some beautiful plants. But I know nothing John Snow. I have downloaded and paid for that plant app, it's semi helpful, but I'm still confused. I have been not watering too much cause that's what it says, but some of these are still turning brown in places. I also am unsure on how to properly prune some of these! Any and all advice would be so helpful!

The plants are Fiddle Leaf Fig, Spineless Yuca, African Milk Bush, and Indian Laurel.

All indoor plants, as close to windows as I can get them with partial sun. I live in the Fraser Valley of BC Canada =)

Not an expert, but I’m guessing the Fiddle Leaf is hating being in front of that AC vent.

The rest seem like they just need a bit of watering, though it’s hard to assess the dryness of the soil from just these photos.

Given that you bought them from a previous resident, they may not have had their soil replaced in some time, and are no longer getting nutrients. So if the watering doesn’t help, I’d look into replacing the soil
