In this one, we show you how you can continuously #multiply the #citronella #plants in your #urban #garden.
It’s really healthy for you to do this every 6 – 12 months as it helps to keep the plants #fresh and also gives you an opportunity to add #nutrients to your soil.

Step 1 – gently but firmly pull out each #stalk of citronella in your pot, making sure the #roots remain #attached

Step 2 put all the stalks with roots into a bucket of #water so they stay #hydrated while you are #transplanting them.

Step 3 – prepare some new #pots with nutrient rich soil and #plant 2-3 stalks in each pot – once finished, give these new pots a thorough #watering in.

In 2-3 months your small stalks of citronella will have grown, generated more stalks and you will have a new bunch of #big #bushy citronella plants 🪴🌱
For as long as you repeat this process you will always have plenty of citronella around in your garden! 👍
