Not a cactus at all actually, but Alluaudia Procera, a deciduous succulent from Madagascar

Looks like alluaudia procera, not euphorbia

It is definitely an Ocotillo, but I think it looks much more like the North American (Sonoran Desert) ocotillo variety- Latin name Fouquieria splendens. Very similar to Alluaudia procera (native to Madagascar), but different plant families.

Crown of thorns. This is mine in 5b, south window, grow light
I don’t think it’s a Crown of Thorns, although it resembles it. The thorns are too long. Make a small cut in a stem and see if a white liquid comes out. If so, it’s a Crown of Thorns, if not, it’s what the other people are saying.

I just wonder whose answer the OP is going to believe is right, lol.

Ocotillo! The leaves and flowers are edible, the flowers make a great tea, very bitter though. The nectar is super sweet, if you find some solidified on a flower I highly recommend trying it!

My mom said when she lived in Mexico, they would make impenetrable fences from these plants, amazing.
