I recently got few portulaca plant and chilli plant and seems like white mildrew is attacking these. How can I make these go away, I tried spraying milk+water(saw it on internet) but didn't work, removed mildrew with a towel but these come back again. I am specifically worried about the portulaca more as I like the flower. My portulaca seems not lively
These plants get 2-3 hours of sunlight everyday and gets watered every alternate days

Those are mealy bugs! You’ll want to wipe down plant wherever you see white fuzzies with diluted rubbing alcohol. I have only had very minor infestations, and that solved it for me. Since you have a lot, you might need to look into more intense insect treatments. Good luck!
I think it’s Whitefly. If you gently shake them do you have small ‘whiteflies’?
Small handheld vacuum, or spray water to remove the adults. Spray and wipe underneath of leaves with an insecticidal soap and keep an eye on them.
Mealies eeeeek!!
Mealy infestation. You can use rubbing alcohol, I like to use insecticidal soap. Captain jacks dead bug brew is safe for garden plants as well.

mealy!!! ewww!!! get a insecticide!! don’t mess with the silly DIY methods- mealy bugs won’t even bat an eye at anything like that. full on chemicals are needed!
White fly is very difficult to control.
These are mealy bugs and they duck the sap of the plant. You may wipe down with alcohol or do a shampoo spray. Neem oil spray also works. in my case they never went away completely and would come back after a month or two. I turned to the pesticides, systemic pesticides are magic pill and do not harm the plant. They keep all of sap sucking pests away like mealy bugs, aphids, thrips, etc. you can do a foliar spray or soil drench with systemic pesticides. Once the pesticide has been absorbed by the plant, any sap sucking insect or pest dies. It’s like making your blood toxic to mosquitos. It doesn’t harm the plant, they are thriving.
Very bad mealy bug infestation, not mold
