Root rot on my peperomia should I repot or prop it ?

Hi, I think I overwatered this little guy after underwatering it.
Before it had healthy roots growing outside of the pot but they melted.

I water it when I think about it.
It had low light for the past month because of how cloudy Belgian sky is.

What should I do ?
Never had success propagating anything :'(

Repot. Try to get the old soil off of it as much as possible. Repot in a chunky soil mix and add plant food granules. Should be fine.

Definitely repot it and pull off the mushy bits. Add some perlite to the soil and only water it when the soil is completely dry. They like to dry out in between waterings.

I’d repot it in a well draining soil and take a propagation just in case it declines more.
