Maybe 2/3rd doomed? Green leaves at least! I don’t know nothin’ but I wouldn’t give up on it quite yet.

Cut the green stalk as close to the soil as you can and put it in a vase of water after the cut calluses over. Roots will grow after some weeks which could be cool to watch, and at the other end you should get some green leaves!
Otherwise I’d trash the whole rest of the plant, I can’t tell from here but the tops of the plant might have mites or other insects/diseases? Those other stalks look really bad, like unhealthy or dead colors
Edit: normal scissors will not be good enough, need garden clippers.

It’s hard to tell from the pics what’s alive and dead, but since there’s green leaves I’d start with some TLC and patience. I’d trim all of the dead leaves off and get it on a watering schedule. Also, give it some plant food. Leave it quarantined in case of pests. I’d do this for a few weeks then see what’s going on.

Those plants are TOUGH!!!! It is not doomed.
Cut back all dead leaves. Water it and wait a week, look for signs of life.
I see at least one green stem. You can hack that stem down and new plants will sprout up at the cut. You can also prop new plants from 2”-4” pieces of green stem.
