Hello! Indiana resident here. My Thanksgiving cactus bloomed as predicted around November once it was inside for the winter. However, it now has 4 active blooms and quite a few buds forming. Is this unusual? I’ve had the plant for years and it has never bloomed more than once a year.

I have a white ghost cactus (blooms on Halloween)👻! You might be watering it too much?

lol plants aren’t running on a Georgian calendar.

Blooming is triggered by light and temps.

My house is pretty dark, so these plants often rebloom as a result of that.

Not unusual at all. They typically have two main blooming periods, late fall/early winter and spring.

I have a Christmas cactus that is blooming now, it’s all about how much light and the temp
