  1. Robbie! It's coming together beautifully! Your side garden is so pretty! Are the white cyclamen you have planted perennial? Do you know what variety they are? Where is Jaylen, your garden apprentice? Where will the flowers she selected on your recent plant haul be planted? Also missed seeing Freya!

  2. Beautiful! Your garden is so charming with the sweet buildings, sitting areas and pathways. The espalier honeysuckle and clematis are stunning! So fun to watch the progress.💚

  3. Sorry about the gophers – ugh! They ate all my tulips from last year as well. Realized last weekend they killed my baby redbud tree. I always put my roses in gopher cages but from now on, everything is going in them. I put the tulips in my raised bed this year with super strong wire underneath it. I've figured that in the last 2 years, I've lost at least 1k in plants to gophers. So dang frustrating! (I've got the things that vibrate in ground, spinners, and no luck). Cant wait to see your beautiful garden evolve! Loving it!

  4. It is so amazing how much has changed recently!!! You and Brent have done so so much ❤❤❤
I’m so excited. I love seeing more of Brent ❤

  5. Wow Robbie!!!! It’s all coming together so nicely!! Love your mirror and your Claire Austin is insane! I can’t wait to see when it blooms! I also love your claypots on stakes. I’m totally copying you! My gosh everything is beautiful! Great job

  6. The before pic and now!!! 🤩 Wow
Yeah I wouldn’t mess with a septic tank. Decking with landscape fabric over that grass. It will provide dimension.

  7. What a great transformation! It looks amazing! Can’t wait to see the new paths and all of your new plantings in the jellybeans bean gardens.😮

  8. Your side yard is looking especially pretty right now! I agree one more diamond on your espalier. Looking forward to seeing all the progress!

  9. I think the “ dead space” behind the lemon cypress is better then planting right up against the fence. It makes the yard look like it continues beyond the fence, of everything is planted right up against the fence it limits the sightline and makes it stand out more….just my opinion. I think some things should be planted out from the fence.
Can’t wait to see the pathways go in!

  10. Hi Robbie,
I want to preface with, my question is not a criticism. I love the new evolution of your garden.
I am curious as to why you are choosing not to put the fountain in the circle where you still have grass? I think I understood you to say this area will be rocked. Do you have any ornamentation planned for this spot?
Thank you. And again not a criticism, just wondering what you are thinking 🤔

  11. Omgosh do not do a deck, use EXPOSED AGGREGATE instead, decks are only used when your interior door is at a second level to get you outside , you do not have that problem, concrete or stone is more fitting for ur space too, plz don't do decking

  12. Robbie, the front and side yard is amazing. Congratulations !!! The vision is coming together. Can't wait to see the new renovation develop.

  13. Your garden is beautiful❤ The Magnolia Rickey is awesome as are your new flower beds. So many gorgeous plant to look at this early in the season too Robbie❣️

  14. Love this tour. I like how you show the good, bad, and not so pretty. Gardens are not show stoppers all year round and it's nice to see that and reminds me that my little front garden doesn't have to be either. Question: where do you get your plants from? I make notes on what plants work well, then can't find them anywhere. Green Acres and the big box hardware stores are all I have around here. The small mom and pop shops are just too expensive. Do you mail order plants? I did once and it was a disaster and a waste of money. Looking forward to watching your garden fill our and bloom.

  15. Great job transforming your space. Looks dreamy! Love the side yard! I just wanted to let you know we spotted a hole in the front left, bottom corner of the aviary. So sorry you lost so many birds😢.

  16. You are SO knowledgeable about plants and trees! I love what you’ve done with your garden and love your passion for creating a truly magical garden. Thanks for sharing it with me ❤
