That thing is 99% dead, whatever you’re doing now is literally all it has left lol, just keep going and see what comes of it!

I’m not kidding I’ve had these plants come back from absolutely nothing. Like, cutting the entire plant down to the roots just watering occasionally and suddenly some green sprouts popped up and it grew back into a full plant.
I would see if this small leaf grows some roots in the water, then just pot it and give it some time to develop back into a full plant. Water propagation would not have been my first move here, but since it’s already done better just keep it in there and let it develop some roots.
