  1. Hi. What kind of boxwood is in the center of those stone planters where you planted the pansies. And that large, center planter is already stunning!

  2. Not been negative, it's a great channel but is not great for helping people with a normal sized garden who has to choose plants carefully, this is more like planting up a park every year. Would be nice to see a scaled down area sometimes and see how it would work.

  3. I love your videos and I watch them all. 🌿 Lately though I get very poor camera quality and I am wondering if that is a youtube thing, or your camera? The screen gets all "pixelly". I am Dutch and can't find the proper words for it. 😅

  4. I wouldn’t have thought to put that combination of plantings together, and it came out gorgeous!

  5. I know you’re really busy around your own property and with your family and things, but I do miss the college plantings and watching them develop over the summer

  6. Could you do wildflowers in between all the trees in the horse paddock beds? To help fill some of the space. Or do wildflowers need maintenance?

  7. My Goodness that is a lot of pansies! I love your videos so much! I started a bunch of pansies and violas from seed last summer and planted in the fall and they are all blooming looking great now in early spring! I will be starting pansy and violas from seed in July from now on! Else I'll have to buys as many flats as you did every spring! What are your thoughts on starting pansy seeds? Easy hard? They do need darkness to germinate- opposite of all those seeds you started this year (seemed like they all needed light to germinate in your videos). Keep the videos coming Laura! I'm a big fan 🙂 🥰

  8. Laura, I'm just waiting for your formal garden to get its huge brick wall that the English grow their ivies on, LOL.
You know, since you're technically a 'manor' now, LOL.
Looking good! I'm extra excited this year to see all these new areas show their love.
    Hi Bethany!!!

  9. Since you have four areas in the new formal garden, you could place simple statuary at each crossing of the brick walkways. You could have something representing spring, summer, fall, and winter, or perhaps too esoteric for your taste, but if done well, could be inspiring, sun, moon, stars, and planets.

  10. How beautiful! Seems like you are getting a good jump on things this year. I admire your enthusiasm and how much you enjoy "digging in the dirt." It's the best!

  11. Such a beautiful fountain planter! And love that ring of blue pansies around the boxwood ….
I like faces on my pansies!
Thank you for a sweet treat while we wait for frost to leave the ground where I live….🌷🌺🌷🥰

  12. These trees are huge, imagine how many years you would need to grow it to get it to that size, brilliant opportunity to get those trees.

  13. Laura, that fountain arrangement is absolutely gorgeous !! I would have never thought to use the junipers but they add a nice touch. The pansies add a pretty touch around the boxwoods also !! 😊😊😊❤

  14. Please note: concerning walkway width, closer to 4 feet will allow ease of wheelchair access if down the road someone is in a wheelchair who would like to enjoy the garden, IMHO. 🩵

  16. 'White' pansies @24:00 would have popped / matched with all the white structures in your yard. Maybe next year…..

  17. Laura, life is so weird that way with memories that feel like yesterday but also a lifetime ago, I relate to that so much 😊 The container turned out beautifully! The tree is an interesting idea, I’m looking forward to watching the entire arrangement evolve. The junipers really add so much dimension, I love that, and then Russell looking for those pets ❤ so cute
