I think it’s an echeveria elegans – aka Mexican snowball! I have the same situation with one of mine. Pretty sure it’s a fishbone cactus, but some of the growth came out boxy, which is another species entirely. I just took 3 pieces and stuck them in some soil, and now look at it! I love messing w succulents- so hard to kill 😂
