Hi all! I noticed this morning that this little feisty cutting, has a new leaf growth coming out. Do I need to just pop this boy in soil mix, or could it stay in water longer if I moved it to a bigger vase? Complete newby on propagation with monsteras.

I don’t see any roots. Keep it in water until the roots have roots.
It hasn’t formed any roots yet, and because you don’t want to actually bury the stem, you should rather wait for some good roots. I would lower the water level in the vase because the new leaf sitting in that water while it’s still emerging could cause it to rot before it unfurls. You can top the water up as the leaf continues to emerge, as long as the leaf is above the water line🌱
I added a line on your picture where I would suggest you drop the water level to (I can’t see exactly where the bottom of the new leaf is, but it looks to be about there)
