This is a New job we started this week and is a tough one! Itβs a full garden transformation of this front garden which involves: a full dig out, a new pathway, building a new wall, paving out down, planting and rendering the front wall!
I said it here First Landscaping is the HARDEST GRAFT out of all the other TRADES? Agree or Disagree?β
This transformation is going to look AMAZING and Iβll be posting more updates on this one so be sure to stay tuned!
CHECK OUT: The last video we put down some beautiful stepping stone pathways with shingle all around it held in place!

Yeah if youβre self-employed Fairplay respect, however if youβre working for the council itβs latte Dadi da
Not as hard being⦠a mum.
Landscaping ain't that hard, unless the weather is shit.
Been there, done it, is ok.
I'm working as welder fabricator rn, and that's ok too most of the time. It sucks in summer, it sucks to do solo jobs, and it sucks to do jobs where you can't get equipement.
I'd say it's about same dificulty, just in diferent ways. Plus on both is the job is delayed if weather is bad enough.
Iβd of ripped that up and loaded in a day on my own for some cunt that was paying fuck all left him that Sunday when he said he might not be able to pay me for Saturday. But still went pub. Left him basically that on the back of his van he wanted me to unload on a customers drive Monday morning. Thinks Iβm coming in for that shit. My own fault but things are better now
Women do landscaping how is it the "graftiest" ππ
Window fitting is hard graft
It's graft I agree
That's a days work tho surely
I agree cause itβs what I do
Been a plasterer 20 years, everyone tells me plastering is the hardest phisical trade, i wouldnt know, as plastering is all ive done, so its everyday flat out on site to me. Dont know any different
Nah agreed landscaping you're literally fighting the earth
Done well lads
Sparking well exceeds landscaping on the graftometer.
Lisening to your voice is graft π
Steelfixings the hardest trade on your body absolute donkey work and iv done groundwork, landscaping and im now a plasterer.
disagree, done landscaping, driveways, brickies labourer, roofing, drains and none compare to what i do now. On the roads replacing the old gas network (mains and services).
Parklife
Shouldve used a mini/micro digger
I love landscaping, no better feeling than getting home after a day outdoors earning moneyπͺπproper graft.
I've been a ground worker since I left school.. so 32 years now… yes it's hard, but keeps you fit, meet many people, and I'm always pleased when I stand back and look at what I achieved… plus wife and kids love it when everywhere I go, I say, " I done them kerbs, I done that drive, I done that fence, I set out that road, I set out that house, I done then footings for that house… they love it.π π
Two ton skip to hours to fill plus ripping out and filling plus charging the client 20 to forthy % boys my nan works harder then you boys π
yes but it has benefits like, sculpted bod for the ladies.
tradies when they work, you cant graft like me mate mad how everyone says that
If you are going to make it look sick , I would go home and let a contractor in who will do a proper job.
Agree
Moving things twice, badly organised. Dig – barrow – skip – done – once .
Scaffolding is up there for graft boi !!! Bosh
It's all hard graft mate no matter the trade when yur picking right heavy things up and loading unloding whatever. If yois proper sore and worned out end of the day then the trades hard graft innit.
My 50 year old broken back 30 years into the trade would agree with you.
Dude, buy a wheel barrow!!
Mate ive been a roofer for 27 years roofing is definitely got to be 1 of if not the hardest graft job going. Ashpalter. π but that job your do I g looks like a back breaker .all the best

No no chance
Good honest hard work. Love it. Would definitely hire these guys. π
Certainly getting to be the most expensive
Good Graft
True what you saying and still people want to pay you π© money's
I'm never going camping with you.
Roughest graft on body there is, no doubtπ absolute spine busterπ
Yes, you're grafting and hard work never killed no man.
I've been in the construction trade for 40 years. I started off doing civil engineering, then extensions/landscaping and drainage. I've even done turf stacking. I've spent 20 years roofing and that is the toughest job.
Back in my day you had no cordless kit, no mini diggers, 50 kg bags, 9"solid blocks, no tile bumpers, just graft.
In the farming pre 1950's, men would lift 15 and 18 stone bags of wheat.
It's all a doddle these days.
Toodlepip
One of the most physical jobs but also one of the most rewarding!!
I was a sparks, no reward at all, the lights work the sockets on thanks for the work.
Now I get wow that looks amazing!
Far more rewarding feeling.
Try removals, mate from a top floor flat to a top floor flat, then you'll know what graft is.
Landscaping is graft.
Gardening is therapy.
Agreed, i do the same job bud, hard graft π
Bricklaying in the footings and Block and beaming is a lot more graft
