Put them back into the soil or cut them. It will not hurt the plant.

Question for everyone. On a proper moss pole can the aerial roots be tucked into the pole to grow instead of the soil?
Feisty-Honeydew-5309
I always try to stuff them back in the soil or wrap it around my moss pole. If it’s a really wonky aerial root, I’ll cut it but I don’t do that often.

I stuff them back into the soil. Once they reach of course. I have started an experiment with one of mine, I’m letting the vines wrap around before guiding them down to give me a basket effect. For no good reason. my collection is mostly monsteras and I’m bored lol

Give them little mini pots to grow more monsteras right next to each other, is another option.

You can cut the roots off. But your monster is looking for more solid support by extending the air roots.

put them in the soil!
Think-B4U-Speak
Put a large jar or vase in the back corner (behind planter).
Pop the roots in and fill with water. My ML did this & her monstera started to look far healthier.
