Neon. But you’re gonna kill one or both plant types if you leave them like that. Succulents need way more sun than a pothos, so they don’t mesh well together. If the succulents get enough sun, you’re going to burn and kill the pothos. If you give the pothos proper light, the succulents will stretch. Succulents need very well draining soil or their roots will rot, pothos could do well with basic potting mix. But also, the soil is way too low. Ideally should be about 1/2 inch from the rim.

That’s is neon pothos. Both plants need their own pots or else either one will die, because the requirements for both plants are the opposite. Pothos is tropical plants, so it need more frequently waterings, lesser lights and high humidity, while the other one is a succulent, which it needs less frequently waterings, more lights and low humidity. Pothos prefer organic soil while succulents prefer inorganic soil, pothos can grow in inorganic soil but it needs fertilizer frequently to maintain its growth, which the amount of fertilizers you give your pothos will rot your succulents as succulents are prone to rot from too much fertilizers.
