I covered an entire hillside with seed only, no hay, watered it twice a day, and it's been lush grass ever since. Maintaining nutrients once it's grown is the most important thing to a healthy lawn.
It works the same without toilet paper and leave no garbage residues of paper, so no one feels like your backyard was an open air restroom for the militaries on duty.
I've done this without the TP and it worked fine. The key is to till the soil, and using one of these handheld tillers works fine unless you have a large area. It helps if the ground is damp.
You scrape the soil a little and then you put nitrogen and then you sow and your lawn will be like new. there in your paper there is glue, not sure that it is very good for your soil in the long term if you do it too often.

I just eat the seeds then poop where I need the grass to grow.

scrapping grass barefooted? isn't that risky??
Use a light tea water instead of just water. The acid in tea will break help breakdown the cost over the seed so it germinates very quickly. Enjoy!
can the toilet paper be used after wiping your backside? Just thinking of maximising the use of the paper..

Does the formaldehyde or bleach in the toilet paper make problems would non-bleached paperwork better

Toilette paper is just for your dog to rub his butt on it after he is done pooping… no purpose for grass growing
Still doesn't fix the real issue, very poor compacted soil, that effort is for nothing, it will all die lol
