Hey all, my first year doing plants from seeds for my garden. I have recently moved some plants from the seedling trays to cups. And I'm looking to move those outdoors to this small greenhouse I was given a couple years ago. I'm in Eastern North Carolina zone 8a the lows at night are around 42-45ish right now. Will my plants be okay out there full time and is this setup ok?

No, too cold.
Fill the rest of the shelves with gallon jugs of water.. Day time temps heat the water and it release heat in cool nights.. Works real good if gallons are painted black
I can’t see how the cover is being kept on the frame, but if it’s just those little ties then a strong wind can easily break them. I have a mini polytunnel a bit like this at my allotment and I have put a whole pack of these guys on to help keep it secured.

I would also use more than one paver to hold the frame down.
Maybe it’s not so windy in North Carolina. I don’t know.
Just put seedling heat mats on each level and throw another sheet of plastic over top at night
What kind of seeds? Some lettuces are fine done to 45. Yes, load it up with black containers of water, or even a string of incandescent holiday lights.
I just set one of these up, and on mine, shelf weight limit is 16lbs. So you won’t be able to get much in the way of black water jugs. I’d try incandescant bulb/xmas lights. Depending on what you’re growing.
Remember, when the sun hits, it heats up fast
