Love your excitement ❤
I also use the photo boxes for seed storing. Excited to start indoor seeds this weekend.
Pickled radishes are the best. If you haven’t ever tried them you must give them a try!!!
I grew the yellow snap peas from Migardener last year and loved them! They are easy to find to pick unlike the green that blend in with the plant. They tasted great and were fun to put in stir fry. I'm in 6B and our last projected frost date is May 5th. I am about two weeks behind your area. Also, I love growing lettuce in my Greenstalks. You can actually put shade cloth around it and slow down the bolting process. They don't sell any that are dedicated for Greenstalks but you might try getting some and experiment with it. Shade cloth is the answer for growing cool weather veggies in the heat so they don’t bolt. I used shade cloth last year for my broccoli and it grew all summer. I live in a much hotter climate than you and a and dry climate.
I've got to get busy! Happy day.❤
