I was fortunate enough to find this glorious Ring of Fire at a local store but she seems a bit… cramped 😂 should I repot? Split into multiple pots? I’m still fairly new to keeping plants, and advice would be appreciated!

Personal preference of mine would be to keep it all together but maybe repot into a slightly larger pot. I had a very full pink princess philodendron like this one and I thought its slow growth was due to being packed and repotted everyone to their own pots after painstakingly detangling the roots of 5 little plants and now they look sad and weak. I completely regret it. Also they aren’t growing any faster lol.
I have a ring of fire which is very spread out and sparse looking and I don’t think that looks good either. So if I were you, I wouldn’t separate them and enjoy my magnificent full plant for now. If it gets sadder then I would reconsider but at the moment I do not see any reason for separation.
