Hi!
I live in sourtherm Europe and I just moved to an apartment with a big balcony, south-west oriented. The thing is that it is "semi-open" and the sun hits 6h close to the balcony "windows" and around 4h inside.
I wanted to grow veggies like tomatoes, zucchini, potatoes, carrots, lettuce, strawberries, etc, so I wanted to maximize the sun exposure for these plants.
How would put containers so they are as close as possible to the sun?
I was thinking of:
– For the first "window": two big rectangular containers on both sides on top of the wall, and three hanging containers in the center
– For the second "window": just hanging containers
Any ideas to maximize space and sun are welcome!
Thanks

No insights to give, but super cool space. Would love to garden in there! (:
