  1. After decades of trying to find a good pickle recipe, I FINALLY found it over at Homesteading Family. The secret to crunchy dill pickles come to find out is a lower processing temperature.

  2. I do love the fact that you list the type of seeds and where you purchased it as well as how it has grown for you- I try to learn from every gardener. Look forward to all your videos. I am in zone 9a

  3. Your garden it going to be amazing! Can't wait for the garden to be popping with color!
Plant black beauty first or last. I can tell you the squash bores will find it! I have never ever had squash bores until I planted that. It was super prolific until I just couldn't take the bugs anymore and pulled them all! I have planted so many varieties, but that was a bug favorite! Also, if you slice them and Dehydrate the black beauty is Sooo good! Lol! The pros and cons here😂😂 When you garden and love and despise the same plant! 😅

  4. I really enjoy hearing your excitement and hopes for your garden. Like you I am excited to get out in the garden. I live in Michigan and I am missing the sunshine, warmth, and the life. Love the channel! Thank you!

  5. Love ur channel ❤ I am going to try honey nut squash this year. My Waltham butternut struggled with squash vine borer last year and heard these were resistant so here’s hoping!

  6. Thanks for sharing! I always try to grow One new thing. This year I will try tomatillos. Thanks for the tip!! Good to know that I'll need two!
