My mother in law wants to prop these babies from her (aloe?) – wondering how to remove them from the main plant without harming them. Do I cut them? Twist? Leave them alone?? I am very new to propagating so any advice is welcome!

I usually leave it alone and the pups fall off themselves and start propagating in the pot. I’d recommend waiting for them to fall off themselves
Wiggle and jiggle them off. Don’t cut. It’s ok if a few roots come off, the pup will grow new ones
