I recently (last Wednesday) purchased this philo white princess and philo Brazil. They have not been watered or repotted. I have a heartleaf philo and a burle marx that are both doing really well (and have been for 3 years) in water.
The bottom leaves of the PWP were turning yellow, so I removed them. I absolutely love these guys.
I have Molly’s aroid mix that I use for my dracaena and monstera TC. Would this soil be sufficient for these two philos? Or what soil do you use for them? I’m willing to purchase ingredients and make a mix if necessary.
Do you water them weekly? I read some water every 2 weeks.they are sitting in a West-facing window that has rainbow privacy film. Is this sufficient sunlight? Or should I remove the privacy film? There is a humidifier in the vicinity, as well as heating baseboard below the plants.
