Plant is a Pepperonia Pepperspot.
According to Google the plant doesn't flower, but if these aren't flowers… what are they?

If anyone could advise, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Definitely looks like a peperomia inflorescence to me! It doesn’t look like a traditional flower but each of the little white bits should be a tiny individual flower

    Share your secret of how you take care of this one, I have the same but it’s not really happy with me. It flowers but constantly yellow leaves thar are dropping…

    Inflorescence, or modified flower. They’re no harm but they don’t have a pleasant smell, they’re not showy, and they actually leave kind of a mess, so I cut mine off. That way the plant focuses on green growth rather than flowering
