Just bought a house in upstate South Carolina with this weed all throughout the yard. Can anyone help identify and give any recommendations for removal?
Hairy Bittercress. 2,4-D will control it. It is a winter weed so it will also die out once temperatures warm up. Once it starts to die you can actually watch the seeds jump off of it when you touch it. Fall preemergent application can help cut down the population next year.
