What is this? Dracaena?

So this is an old picture but it’s the best picture that really shows off this mystery plant. Right now she’s got basically no brown (yay!) I got this plant over 2 years ago now and I still don’t really know what it is or if I’m caring for it right.
Rn I alternative it from a high shelf in my bathroom facing a big sunny window, and downstairs in a more shady spot still across from a window. (High to keep away from pets)
I repotted a year ago when I thought I might lose her but she bounces back every year. (Gets a bit scraggly in winter and then gets more leaves and grows taller in the warmer months.)
I love her so much and I’m shocked I’ve kept her alive so long. Rescued her from going to the garbage.
