Bugs

Anyone know what these bugs are? They're bigger than mosquitoes but smaller than mayflies but have a similar look. They first showed up in my greenhouse after I finished putting it together this winter and might be a native I'm not familiar with or possibly came from an open bag of potting mix I put in there. Most importantly, how do I get rid of these? They don't seem to be attracted to the fly trap I put in there.
