This plant has been growing weird for awhile it’s so spread out and the angles of the leaves have always been like that. I just repotted it into a smaller pot with well draining soil(mostly orchid bark) is there anything else I can do for it?

Is it up high and angling down towards the light? Perhaps try a brighter spot?

Yeah mine faces each leaf toward wherever the strongest light is. Where’s your light source? Take a pic in its spot maybe?

You can’t tell Billie what to do! Billie don’t give AF.

Google some pictures online, Philodendron Billietiae. The best thing you can do is lightly corral the new leaves into an upright posture while lighting from above.

    Needs brighter lighting from above.

Mine did this when it was just starting to get taken over by spider mites. It’s healing now and aiming leaves up instead of down. 🤷‍♀️ My guess is that they do it as a response to stress.

Mine does this too. Its directly under a strong overhead grow light but it would rather point at the ground. Sometimes they’re just quirky like that.
