I've been watching a lot of these types of videos lately, and it makes me so happy that I do not live in a HOA neighborhood/sub-division. I don't know that I would have let this woman off so easily – And yes, had I been the one to overhear her conversation in the grocery store, I'd have told Mr. Daniels the entire story of Karen & her abusive role as HOA president & how she destroyed my yard, and the end result of it all.

All people who buy into HOAs are greater or lesser versions of ignorant, obnoxious Trish (a Karen).
