  1. Watching your channel is like a vacation for my mind and soul. Thank you for your fun and creative content!😃🐈🍫

  2. You’re braver than I am with using pots for gardens. We used to put them in big containers every year along with tomato plants and squash. Once they get to a certain size it’s like you never can water them enough and they end up drying out. The only one that ever survived and did good was a mini tomato plant one year. Any vegetables that get the size seem like they dry up when you blink and look the other way.

  3. I've missed you both. Idk why i haven't been getting your notifications. My notifications are on crazy how that works. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. i do have a question i have a enclosed screen deck that gets sun. Can I grow vegetables and flowers in the enclosed porch i live in N.H.

  4. Great tips! I can vouch for letting hose/municipal water sit overnight. For one thing, it lets the water warm up, and the de-chlorinating is important. Both factors are crucial for helping soil micro-organisms and fine root networks. It's a bit of work, but plants will be healthier, grow faster and be more productive with fruits and leaves, noticeably.

  5. Darcie cizzlin' in the garden. I just finished my last homegrown pineapple…that's ok because I got my sister growing some too. She watched your vid on pinapples.😎👍

  6. Long time green thummer here have been growing large vegetable gardens my whole life unfortunately where I live I can't grow my own pineapple but I enjoy watching you do your thing keep up the great work

  7. Love this side of you and I enjoy your gardening videos. Although I am envious of the climate where you live, here in Illinois it will 8 degrees tonight. We do grow tomatoes, green beans, zucchini and cucumbers during our warmer months. I’m curious about something, does anyone grow calamondin oranges in your area?

  8. Container gardens are an art form. In southern Florida they're often a necessity, given the poor quality of the soil.

  9. Do you ever catch rain water instead of hose water? Rain water is way better than ground water that is full of chlorine.

  10. Hi Darcizzle I grew up in North Miami back in the 60/70s. And I remember all the fresh produce I could find just riding my bike around the neighborhood.Mostly I'd ask the older women if I could pick stuff they grew in the yard. Now I'm retired up Tampa way and I container garden also. I'm experimenting with hydroponics a lot this year. Using the Kratky method. Love your streams.

  11. Great video, thanks. It's like a podcast that's nice to listen to while I'm working. It would be nice to see how to grow small citrus trees in a pot.
