Hi guys,
Looking to propagate one leaf / steam, my Thai is getting pretty big.
I’ve propagated smaller plants like my variegated Adansonii and have all the right substrates for my Thai ready to go. My Thai also has about 8 eight roots you can’t really see that go straight into the soil.
Just want advice on where exactly I should cut for my Thai? Don’t really want to mess this one up.
Thank you 🙂

How dare you cut that. It’s perfect.
I would leave it. It’s gorgeous! 🥰
I’m no good at propagation but OMG! That is the most perfect stem 🤯
Why cut it? Poor beautiful Monstera.
honestly i’d just find a bigger spot in my place for it, it looks incredible at this size!!
You cut it, I cut you. Respectfully ❤️
Seriously though, she’s a beaut. I’d leaf her alone for a while.
Plant markets are different everywhere. Who are we to judge if you can make some of your money back. If you have been redirecting the roots into the soil you may have a nice top cut with a decent root system there. Only way to find out is by checking the roots. When you get ready to cut you do so in between the nodes, and it looks like each of your nodes there have a leaf and an areal root, which makes them easier to spot. Cut the stem in between. If you want a better description there are likely tons of videos on YouTube of someone propagating a Thai. Good luck!
If you want to propagate I’d put it on a moss pole first and let it get bigger first. As is, I wouldn’t
I’m not a very good at propagating – the nodes are too close to each other for my comfort.
I’ll leave them be and enjoy them until it gets leggy
