What are these black dots on my Alpine Umbrella Plant?

I also found them on my spider plant. I recently found scale on some of my other house plants and this looks slightly different.

Water them normally. Lots of nice light. Can’t find any obvious bugs 🙁

Looks like a fungal thing, possibly a mold. I’d try some anti fungal
