After taking multiple cuttings from this specific vine, it seems that it hasn’t gotten over that dead end and hasn’t had any new growth for a long time. Is it normal to take a very long time to heal from that cut, or should I be doing something differently? I haven’t had this slow of growth from her… ever.

Very similar to my vine , took about four months for new growth to appear but is doing fine now. Maybe trim a little closer to the leaf stem.
I trimmed some of my vines and they’ve taken literal months before new growth. Mine got really leggy like yours, so I decided to chop and prop. Longer distance between each node = plant was stressed.
Side note: the plant next to it in pic 3 HATES being leggy. I have that plant and almost killed it. Really likes to be short and bushy… will continue thinning out unless you chop and prop.

I chop my plants all the time, they eventually sent out a new vine! All my pothos have these little nubs now from chopping lol Is it winter where you are? Less sun slows down growth. Maybe give it some fertilizer to stimulate some growth.
