What is this plant with these tiny rose-like flowers? Bush is maybe 24in tall total, maybe 20yrs old give or take. Planted in SE Louisiana.

    Except bridal wreath spirea is huge in the south—-4-8 feet tall and wide. OP, do you know if it gets cut back regularly?

    Not bridal wreath spirea. Maybe a less common spirea.

    The serrate leaves might point to a double form of *Spiraea cantoniensis*
