I potted this clipping that I was propagating a little less than a month ago and it hasn’t perked up or grown at all. Should I just clip off that leafless stem or should I continue propagating? I’d appreciate any insight! 🫶

So this guy is not in the soil but I would toss him in water and gain some roots first.

  2. If it’s been in soil that long and hasn’t done anything other than look sad, I’d pop it back in water and leave it there until the roots have roots

Put back into water, did it have roots when you stuck it in dirt?

I’m also confused about what part you stuck in the soil, was there a node on it?

For more help I’d suggest digging it out and posting a picture of the full cutting.

Cutting. Cutting are for propagation. Clippings are trash from pruning (like grass clippings).

I would put that little guy in water or a much chunkier soil
